As the engines sit quiet in race shops and the high banks of Daytona International Speedway await the return of the thunderous pack of cars, final preparations are made for the 2016 season.
The upcoming year has the potential to be the most thrilling and intense season NASCAR has seen in quite some time. Through the implementation of the low-downforce package, abundance of rookie contenders and the third year of the new Chase for the Sprint Cup format; 2016 has the making to be epic.

Happy New Year NASCAR style! The beginning of 2016 marks the first time we can say that the Daytona 500 is next month. As preparations are made for the new season, keep it here for plenty of content ahead of what is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated seasons in quite some time.
The new year also means I’m graduating high school in six months and heading to North Carolina for college in eight months. Crazy thoughts for sure! Looking forward to sharing stories about all of these major happenings as the year progresses.

Welcome to Champion’s Week! NASCAR has embarked on Las Vegas, Nevada to celebrate the 2015 season, the 16 Chase for the Sprint Cup contenders and 2015 Sprint Cup Series champion Kyle Busch. Throughout the week, various events will highlight the best moments of the year and allow fans to join the celebration.
